Officer who works for you and not an individual lender.
Loan Officers who work for a specific lender must fit
you into their limited and defined loan programs. As a
Personal Loan Consultant,
I work with many top lenders. This gives me the ability
to find the right loan for my clients at the lowest
possible interest rate and costs. Finding the loan that
meets your needs instead of being convinced that you
must accept the loan that meets the needs of the lender
is the smart way to shop for a loan.
How much does it cost to use
a Personal Loan Consultant?
Nothing. I am paid by the
lender that has the loan that best fits your needs. In
fact, a
Personal Loan
Consultant
will normally
save you money because of our ability to shop not only
for the best loan, but for the best loan with the lowest
interest rate and/or costs.
How does a
Personal Loan Consultant
differ from a normal Loan Officer?
A normal Loan Officer will take
your loan application, gather documentation and turn the
loan in for processing. As a
Personal Loan Consultant
I work with you to determine the right loan. Most of the
time I will be able to electronically submit your loan
as we are taking the loan application and have loan
approval before you even sign the loan application. This
not only speeds up the loan application process, but may
also reduce the documentation required and eliminate the
stress associated with getting a home loan. |
